Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, dismantling, and assembly of cement plant equipment such as crushers, raw mill, cement mill, kiln, clinker cooler, conveyors, elevators, and gearboxes.

• Perform shaft alignment (dial gauge / laser alignment) of motors, pumps, and gearboxes.

• Maintenance of bearings, couplings, chains, sprockets, pulleys, and belts.

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

• Overhauling of rotary equipment and material handling systems.

• Inspection and replacement of mechanical components as per maintenance schedule.

• Follow safety procedures, PTW system, and proper PPE usage.

• Maintain maintenance records and job completion reports.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and follow 5S practices.

Qualification:

• ITI in Fitter Trade (Mandatory)

Experience:

• Minimum 9 years of experience in Cement Plant (must) / Heavy Industry

• Experience in kiln, mill, conveyor, and gearbox maintenance preferred

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of mechanical drawings and equipment layout

• Hands-on experience in heavy equipment alignment and fitting

• Basic knowledge of hydraulic and lubrication systems

• Ability to work in shift and shutdown conditions

• Good troubleshooting and teamwork skills
