Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing

  • Identify and attract gig workers through online platforms, job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, local communities, and field sourcing.
  • Build relationships with third‑party manpower vendors, training institutes, skill centers, and local employment hubs.
  • Conduct field drives, walk-ins, and on-ground campaigns to generate leads.

2. Screening & Selection

  • Explain job roles, payout structures, and requirements to potential workers.
  • Conduct telephonic and in‑person screenings to assess interest and eligibility.
  • Shortlist candidates based on work requirements, location, skills, and availability.

3. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Assist candidates with KYC, documentation, background checks, and compliance.
  • Coordinate onboarding sessions, training, orientation, and device/app installation.
  • Ensure smooth activation of gig workers into the system.

4. Workforce Planning & Fulfillment

  • Understand daily/weekly manpower needs from the operations team.
  • Ensure timely deployment based on peak seasons, special campaigns, or client schedules.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to fulfill high-volume hiring targets.

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with operations, HR, and vendor partners to align hiring requirements.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports on sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and attrition.
  • Handle worker escalations related to onboarding, payment issues, or process concerns.

6. Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards, candidate databases, and hiring metrics.
  • Track sourcing efficiency, offer-to-join ratio, and gig worker activation rate.
