Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives in the security services sector.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across corporate, industrial, and government sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience in security services or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively.
  • Knowledge of security industry trends, technologies, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
