Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Manpower Supervisor to manage hiring and administration for Apprenticeship and Vocational Training Programs. The supervisor will be responsible for trainee recruitment, registration, deployment across various companies, daily tracking of trainee activities, and overall program administration.
The role requires strong coordination skills, field recruitment experience, and the ability to meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Deployment
Hire trainees for Apprenticeship and Vocational Training Programs
Conduct interviews and screen candidates as per company requirements
Deploy selected trainees to different client companies and industries
Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets
Registration & Documentation
Complete trainee registration under NAPS / NATS / Vocational programs
Collect, verify, and maintain all trainee documents
Ensure compliance with program guidelines and company policies
Daily Tracking & Supervision
Track trainee attendance and activities on a day-to-day basis
Monitor discipline, performance, and engagement of trainees
Act as a point of contact between trainees and company management
Administration & Coordination
Handle complete administrative responsibilities related to trainees
Coordinate with HR teams, training partners, and factory supervisors
Resolve trainee-related issues and ensure smooth operations
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on hiring and trainee status
Performance & Reporting
Ensure timely joining and retention of trainees
Maintain accurate records and MIS data
Support audits and inspections related to apprenticeship programs
Required Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma / ITI (Preferred)
Background in HR, Skill Development, Apprenticeship, or Manpower Recruitment is an advantage
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in manpower recruitment, apprenticeship programs, or field hiring
Freshers may apply if they have strong communication and field coordination skills
