Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Machine Setup and Operation: Calibrate, configure, and operate machinery according to blueprints, instructions, or computer control systems.
  Production Monitoring: Observe machines during operation to detect sounds, speed changes, or malfunctions, and adjust settings for optimal performance.
  Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects, take measurements using tools like calipers or micrometers, and ensure output meets client specifications.
  Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, clean machines, and troubleshoot minor mechanical or technical issues to prevent downtime.
  Safety and Compliance: Strictly follow all safety, health, and OSHA regulations, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate production logs, report malfunctions, document maintenance activities, and track materials used.
