Attendance Award – 500/- on 26 days.

Shift timing – 8 hours

Overtime  - 58/-  per hour.

Core Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Performing routine, preventative maintenance (cleaning, lubricating) and addressing minor mechanical issues or technical faults to minimize downtime.
  Quality Control: Inspecting raw materials and monitoring finished products for defects to maintain quality standards, using tools like micrometers or gauges.
  Machine Operation & Production: Running equipment according to daily production schedules, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  Setup and Calibration
