Job Purpose
To drive revenue growth by building and managing a robust team of Insurance Agents. This role involves the strategic recruitment of new partners, revitalizing existing agent relationships, and executing ground-level sales campaigns to achieve monthly Gross Written Premium (GWP) targets.
Key Responsibilities & Performance Indicators
1. Agency Management & Recruitment
Recruitment: Identify and onboard high-potential Insurance Agents/Partners to expand the distribution network.
Activation: Ensure new agents are "activated" through their first sale within a specific timeframe.
Engagement: Design and implement local schemes and engagement programs to keep the agency force motivated.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly goal-sheet targets and GWP (Gross Written Premium) quotas.
Sales Campaigns: Organize and lead local brand-building activities and sales camps to generate fresh leads.
Productivity: Track and improve the "Active Ratio" and average productivity of the mapped agent base.
3. Training & Development
Knowledge Transfer: Conduct regular product training sessions for agents to ensure they understand the nuances of health insurance policies.
Life Cycle Management: Support agents through their entire journey, from onboarding to professional growth.
4. Operational Excellence
Compliance: Ensure "Nil Discrepancy" in policy logins and follow all regulatory guidelines.
Customer Service: Act as a bridge between the customer, the agent, and the company to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
