Role Objective
We are looking for aggressive Sales Professionals with a proven track record in the lending or real estate space. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving home loan sales, building a strong network of connectors, and ensuring high-quality lead conversion to meet monthly disbursement targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through builders, real estate agents, connectors, and existing customer referrals.
Sales Conversion: Conduct door-to-door meetings or site visits to pitch home loan products and convert potential leads into applications.
End-to-End Processing: Manage the entire loan lifecycle from initial documentation and login to technical/legal verification and final disbursement.
Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with builders and channel partners to ensure a steady "pipeline" of business.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on competitor interest rates and schemes to pitch our products more effectively.
Compliance: Ensure all loan applications meet the company’s credit policy and KYC norms.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 6 months of core experience in Home Loans (HL), Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), or Real Estate Sales.
Mandatory Skills: Strong understanding of mortgage documentation and local property markets.
Attributes: High energy, "go-getter" attitude, and excellent negotiation skills.
Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for field visits.
