About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented District Coordinator to manage and expand our operations at the district level. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Mo Seva Kendras, developing the business network, generating CSP codes, and ensuring smooth field operations while achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Mo Seva Kendras in the assigned district

Develop and expand the business network in the region

Generate, manage, and monitor new CSP codes

Handle operational and field-level issues and ensure quick resolution

Support partners and field teams to improve performance

Monitor daily activities and ensure target achievement

Maintain reports and provide regular updates to management

Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, finance, or field sales

Strong communication and coordination skills

Good knowledge of field operations and local market

Target-oriented and able to work independently

Willing to travel within the assigned district
