Key  Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup: Install and align tools, fixtures, and workpieces; set tool offsets, speeds, and feeds as per specifications.
• Operation & Monitoring: Operate CNC/VMC machines to drill, mill, and turn parts, making real-time adjustments to ensure efficiency.
• Programming: Load, run, or edit pre-written programs and occasionally write basic programs.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers) to ensure they meet engineering drawings.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, lubricating) and identify/resolve machine issues or tool wear.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean workspace, and document production logs.
