Job Title: Telecaller - Sales Executive (Franchise Development)
Job Location: Andheri West
Key Objective:
To actively generate and qualify potential business partner leads for Arena Animation, ensuring effective communication and conversion to potential franchise partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Qualification:
o Make outbound calls to prospective business partners/leads generated through various sources.
o Identify the potential and suitability of prospects based on predefined criteria for Arena Animation franchises.
o Maintain an updated database of leads and ensure timely follow-up.
2. Communication and Persuasion:
o Effectively communicate the benefits of Arena Animation’s franchise model to potential partners.
o Address initial queries and objections from prospects, ensuring a positive image of the brand.
o Persuade and motivate qualified leads to take the next steps in the franchise acquisition process. To set up meeting with Sales member.
3. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:
o Work closely with the marketing team to understand ongoing campaigns and use insights to optimize calling strategies.
o Provide valuable feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness for continuous improvement.
4. Scheduling Meetings and Appointments:
o Schedule appointments for sales managers or Zonal Sales Head with high-potential prospects.
o Ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads for further discussions and closure at Filed level .
5. Documentation and Reporting:
o Document all interactions, responses, and outcomes with leads in CRM systems or lead management software.
o Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversion ratios.
6. Target Achievement:
o Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and qualified conversions.
o Actively contribute to achieving the overall business growth targets for new franchise acquisitions.
7. Upskilling and Feedback:
o Stay updated on Arena Animation’s franchise policies, offerings, and market trends.
o Participate in periodic training sessions to enhance communication and sales skills.
Key Skills Required:
· Proven experience in tele calling and sales (preferably in franchise development or similar industries).
· Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
· Persuasive and confident with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
· Good organizational skills to manage high volumes of leads.
· Proficient in CRM software and lead management tools.
· Self-motivated and target-driven.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
· 1-5 years of experience in tele calling or sales roles.
KPIs
· Number of calls made per day/month.
· Lead conversion rate (qualified leads).
· Appointment scheduling success rate.
· Feedback from the sales team on lead quality.
