Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items as per standard recipes and quality guidelines

• Handle Continental, Chinese, Indian & Tandoor cuisine efficiently

• Ensure proper food preparation, plating, and portion control

• Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards

• Assist in menu execution and daily kitchen operations

• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely food service

• Proper handling and storage of raw materials and ingredients

• Follow company SOPs and kitchen discipline at all times

• Hands-on experience in food preparation and cooking

• Good menu knowledge

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
