Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control : Conduct regular inspections of products, making adjustments to meet quality standards, and identifying defects.

• Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs; report major issues to supervisors.

• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Observe machine performance, analyze output, and resolve minor operational problems quickly.

• Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow all safety protocols, wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and adhere to company standards.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, track defective units, and report machine performance data.

• Teamwork: Collaborate with production teams and communicate effectively with supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency. 

• Machine Operation: Start, stop, and adjust machine functions (speed, settings) for optimal production.
