Job Title: Home Care Attendant / Patient Care Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for caring, responsible, and dedicated Home Care Attendants to provide quality personal and medical support to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate should be patient, attentive, and committed to improving the comfort, health, and daily life of individuals who need care.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility

·         Monitor vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and blood sugar if trained

·         Administer medicines on time as per doctor’s instructions

·         Support post-surgery, elderly, disabled, and bedridden patients

·         Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient’s surroundings

·         Assist with physiotherapy exercises as advised

·         Provide emotional support and companionship

·         Report any changes in the patient’s condition to the family and healthcare professionals

Eligibility & Requirements:

·         Minimum 10th pass (Healthcare certification preferred)

·         Basic knowledge of patient care and hygiene

·         Experience in home care or hospital care is an advantage

·         Good communication skills and a caring nature

·         Physically fit and mentally alert

·         Willingness to work in shifts or live-in duty
