Key Responsibilities:
*SELF Recruit skilled, semi-skilled & unskilled workers (Insurance Advsior Life Insurance, helpers, technicians, fitters, electricians, welders, general labour, etc.)
*Source labour for multiple states (UP, Bihar, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Gujarat, etc.)
*Maintain ready labour pool and ensure continuous manpower supply
*Coordinate mobilization, verify documentation & joining process
*Coordinate with operation team & site supervisors
*Handle on-ground issues related to labour retention and replacement
*Maintain daily hiring & deployment reports

Mandatory Requirements:
*Must be from UP & Bihar with strong village-level & district-level network
*Proven experience in bulk hiring (50 - 100+ manpower)
*Ability to start hiring immediately without training
*Willing to travel extensively within Bihar
*Strong communication in local language

Salary & Incentives:
*Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
*Monthly Incentive: Extra payout per successful worker deployment
*PLI: Quarterly performance incentive
*Travel / Field Allowance: As per company policy
