Roles & Responsibilities (Hindi):

• लिस्ट के अनुसार ऑर्डर उठाना और पैक करना।
   

• वेयरहाउस में सामान का लोडिंग और अनलोडिंग करना।
   

• सामान को सिस्टम में स्कैन कर अपडेट करना।
   

• कार्य क्षेत्र में साफ-सफाई और सुरक्षा का ध्यान रखना।
   

• सही समय पर और सटीक डिस्पैच सुनिश्चित करना।
   

• सुपरवाइजर के निर्देशों और वेयरहाउस की प्रक्रिया का पालन करना।
   

Qualification & Eligibility (Hindi + English):

• Age / आयु: 18 से 35 वर्ष
   

• Education / शैक्षणिक योग्यता:
   

  • पिकर के लिए 10वीं पास
     

  • लोडर के लिए 8वीं पास
     

• Experience / अनुभव: आवश्यक नहीं (Fresher Eligible)
   

Salary & Benefits (Hindi + English):

💰 Monthly Earning Potential: ₹24,234 (approx.)

Includes:

• Basic Salary – As per State Minimum Wages
   

• ₹100 per night (up to ₹2,600) – Night Allowance
   

• ₹1,000–₹1,200 Attendance Bonus (as per weekly roster)
   

• ₹1,000 Monthly Performance Bonus
