Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and design high availability, resilient, and scalable BSS systems.
  • Lead installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Oracle BRM, PDC, ECE, OCOMC, and BIP.
  • Hands-on experience with layering the BRM containers for functional changes
  • Drive SRE practices including reliability, monitoring, incident management, and RCA.
  • Design and implement HA and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies for BSS platforms.
  • Support on-prem, cloud-native, and hybrid deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Act as senior technical escalation point for complex production issues.
  • Collaborate across infrastructure, network, security, and DBA teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong Telecom BSS domain knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle BRM, PDC, ECE, OCOMC, BIP.
  • Linux system administration and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Familiarity with Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Cloud Native Technology
  • Understanding of networking, firewall, infrastructure, and basic database concepts.
  • Proven experience in HA, DR, resiliency, and architecture design.
