Job Summary
ICICI Bank is hiring Sales & Relationship Managers to deliver 360-degree banking solutions including accounts, deposits, loans, payments, and digital banking services. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, and ensuring superior customer experience while strictly adhering to banking processes and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new affluent customers through self-generated and assigned leads
Manage and service existing customers of the bank
Identify opportunities in the mapped market for liability and asset products, including Kisan Credit Card
Meet mapped customers regularly to understand their banking needs and offer suitable banking products
Promote and educate customers on digital banking channels and services
Ensure error-free transactions and high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow all banking processes, policies, and compliance parameters to mitigate risk
Deliver best-in-class service aligned with the philosophy of Fair to the Customer and Fair to the Bank
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any discipline (Except BE / B.Tech)
BE / B.Tech candidates are not eligible for this role
Experience in banking sales or relationship management preferred
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered
