Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store activities including opening & closing procedures, cash handling, banking, and ensuring store security.

• Ensure store compliance with company policies and operational standards.

• Prepare and share daily sales and footfall reports/MIS with the reporting manager.

• Lead the store in achieving sales targets

• Motivate your team to meet targets and maintain strong performance.

• Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure efficient coverage.

• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records.

• Ensure optimum stock levels to avoid stock-outs or overstock.

• Ensure products are displayed effectively, the store layout is attractive, and merchandising standards are maintained.

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization and visual appeal.
