Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Diagnostics: Use Mahindra diagnostic tools (like iSmart or laptop-based software) to troubleshoot complex engine, transmission, ABS, and electrical system faults.

• Mechanical Repairs: Perform major overhauls of engines, gearboxes (manual & automatic), and differential systems.

• Routine Maintenance: Execute periodic services, including oil changes, brake inspections, and suspension tuning according to Mahindra’s service schedules.

• Quality Control: Conduct final inspections and test drives to ensure customer complaints are 100% resolved before vehicle delivery.

• EV Specialization: Assist in the maintenance and repair of Electric Vehicle (EV) high-voltage systems (battery packs, motors, and charging ports) following strict safety protocols.

• Documentation: Accurately update Job Cards and digital records with parts used, labor hours, and technical observations.
