1. Proactively call customers from the provided database and deliver a professional pitch about gold loan services.
2. Highlight the benefits and advantages of gold loans to capture customer interest.
3. Generate leads by engaging with inactive and existing customers in the branch database.
4. Work to convert leads into successful gold loan applications by addressing customer concerns and needs effectively.
5. Collaborate with branch staff and managers to ensure a smooth loan process and timely closures.
6. Monitor and support daily customer service activities to maintain high operational standards
7. Proactively approach walk-in customers to introduce gold loans and assist in initiating the process for new customer acquisition (NCA)
8. Follow the company-provided script while pitching products and services to maintain consistency and professionalism in communication.
9. Ensure all digital, ATL (Above-the-Line), and BTL (Below-the-Line) leads are contacted, followed up, and cleared effectively.
10.Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of lead progress.
11.Maintain consistent follow-ups with generated leads to ensure timely conversions and address any pending queries.
12.Update lead status in the system and inform relevant teams about the progress.
Training shall be provided for 45 days and Intern should complete the entire online training module, thereafter shall be undergoing a on job training at our branches for 12 months.
