Job Objective
The State Head is responsible for leading and managing the state-wide business operations of Sahajdeep Pay, expanding the Distributor / Master Distributor / Retailer network, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth delivery of all digital payment and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and expand the Distributor, Master Distributor, and Retailer network across the state.
Drive sales growth for AEPS, DMT, BBPS, Mobile/DTH Recharge, Loan & Financial Services.
Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets at the state level.
Recruit, train, and manage district and field-level teams.
Implement marketing, branding, and promotional strategies in the state.
Monitor field performance and submit regular sales and growth reports to management.
Resolve operational and service-related issues of distributors and retailers.
Ensure compliance, fraud control, and adherence to company policies.
Build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Provide market feedback and business insights to the Head Office.
