 Position Overview

The Van Delivery Executive is responsible for ensuring timely, safe, and accurate delivery of goods to customers. This role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and adherence to company policies and road safety regulations.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Operations
  • Pick up goods from warehouse or vendor locations.
  • Deliver packages to customers within assigned routes and timelines.
  • Ensure proper handling of goods to avoid damage.
• Customer Interaction
  • Provide courteous and professional service during deliveries.
  • Obtain signatures or proof of delivery from customers.
  • Handle basic customer queries regarding delivery.
• Vehicle & Safety
  • Drive company van responsibly, following traffic rules and safety standards.
  • Conduct routine checks on the vehicle (fuel, oil, brakes, tires).
  • Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately.
• Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate delivery records and logs.
• Update delivery status in company systems or mobile apps.
• Return undelivered items to the warehouse with proper documentation.

🎯 Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum High School / Diploma qualification.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or courier services preferred.
• Basic knowledge of local routes and navigation apps.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to lift and carry packages (up to 20–25 kg).
