Position Overview

The Technical Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery or technical equipment to ensure smooth production processes. This role requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, equipment, or production lines according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues or malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on machines.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining product quality.
• Record operational data and report any deviations to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Prior experience in operating machinery or technical equipment in manufacturing/logistics is an advantage.
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks and long hours of standing.

Work Environment

• Factory floor, warehouse, or production facility.
• Shift-based work; may include weekends and holidays.
• Exposure to machinery noise, chemicals, or production materials (with protective gear provided).
