Work: For the first month of Training, we will Recheck existing Barcodes and speakers daily with 25 customers. From the second month onwards, we will need to give barcodes and speakers/ POS machines to new customers and sanction Loans.
Vehicle             : 2-wheeler compulsory + Smart Phone +Driving Licence
Age                   : 19 - 35 below
Gender             : Male
Salary              : CTC 2.52 to 3.12 Lakhs per Annum, 21000 (urban), Take home around 17000/- + Performance-linked Incentives unlimited  
Benefits           : PF, ESI, Life Insurance 5 lakhs, Medical Insurance 1.5 lakhs  
Qualification: SSC  and above
Experience       : extra salary for field-experienced people
Work                 : QR code mapping, onboarding merchants, sound box, Insurance, EPC Machines, Loans, swiping Machines etc. everyday minimum of 25 shops visit.
