Job Title: Call Center Executive

Job Location: Noida ( UP)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Provide accurate information to customers and resolve queries

• Maintain proper call records and customer data

• Follow company call scripts and quality guidelines

• Achieve daily/weekly call and performance targets

• Coordinate with internal teams when required

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Regional language)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
