Key Responsibilities

• Install and set up televisions and home entertainment systems

• Diagnose and repair faults in TVs (LED, LCD, OLED, Plasma, Smart TVs)

• Troubleshoot issues related to picture, sound, power, and connectivity

• Replace or repair defective components and wiring

• Perform routine maintenance and system updates

• Configure smart TV features, apps, and network connections

• Provide clear explanations and basic usage guidance to customers

• Maintain service records and repair reports
