The NAPS Apprentice will undergo structured on-the-job training in manufacturing and operational activities, supporting production, quality, and shop-floor processes while developing industry-relevant skills under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day manufacturing and production activities

• Support assembly, testing, inspection, and material handling operations

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions

• Maintain productivity and quality standards on the shop floor

• Perform basic quality checks and report defects or deviations

• Adhere strictly to safety rules, 5S practices, and workplace discipline

• Coordinate with supervisors, line leaders, and team members

• Maintain attendance, shift discipline, and training records

• Comply with all NAPS guidelines and client policies

Training Scope

• On-the-job training in manufacturing operations

• Exposure to quality control, safety practices, and production workflows

• Skill development aligned with NAPS curriculum

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification:
  12th / ITI / Diploma / BE / BTech / Arts & Science
  (Candidates must have cleared all exams and be able to provide a provisional certificate)

• Profile Requirement:
  Fresh NAPS-registered candidates only
  Candidates with even 1 month of prior NAPS experience are not eligible

• Year of Passing: 2024 – 2025

Stipend Details

• ITI / Diploma / BE / BTech:
  ₹18,300 + ₹1,500 (DBT)

• Arts & Science / 12th Pass:
  ₹16,300 + ₹1,500 (DBT)
