Apprenticeship Training Details:

1.      Education : 10th,12th,ITI,Diploma,BE,B.Tech or Not-Technical Graduation

2.      Training Duration: 1 year from the date of joining

3.      Department Allocation:

Key Responsibility:- 

Production: Operating machines such as CNC, VMC, Grinding, Drilling, Lathe, etc. &

Quality: Inspection and measurement of jobs as per specified parameters.

Mechanical Assembly: Builds mechanical products by fitting and joining parts as per the work instructions

(Appropriate training will be provided before deployment.).

4.      Working Shifts: Rotational – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (24x7 operation).

Post-Training Opportunity:

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship and based on your performance, you may be considered for Extension of training period, Probationary employment, followed by confirmation.

Stipend & Other Benefits:

1. Stipend (include DBT): ₹13,500/- to ₹19,500 per month  (Over time hours Extra depend on Education & duty 8hrs to 12hrs)

2. Accommodation Facility: Free accommodation provided

3. Transport Facility: Free transportation between hostel and company

4. Insurance: Free insurance coverage under WC policy

5. DBT Registration: Registration will be done on the Government portal
