Job Summary :

We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDE) for Axis Bank across Andhrapradesh. This is a front-line sales role focused on acquiring new customers, selling banking & third-party products, and supporting the bank’s liability business.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers and sell bank products

  • Conduct daily field visits & local marketing activities

  • Cross-sell deposits and third-party products

  • Handle customer queries and provide solutions

  • Achieve daily & monthly sales targets

  • Complete mandatory certifications (AMFI, EUIN, etc.)

  • Update all customer interactions in CRM

  • Follow compliance & regulatory guidelines

Qualification & Skills:

  • Graduate in any stream

  • Good communication & sales skills

  • Lead generation & conversion ability

  • Willing to travel locally for customer visits

  • Ability to work under targets
