Job Summary :

We are hiring Business Development Managers (BDM) for Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) in Bangalore. The role focuses on NTB acquisition for TFX & EXIM business, selling liability products (CA, RD, TD) and cross-selling LI, GI, and asset products.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire NTB customers for TFX, EXIM & liability products

  • Develop and implement strategies for TFX business growth

  • Manage CA, RD, TD sourcing & cross-sell insurance and asset products

  • Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations and bank processes

  • Engage with MSMEs, EXIM clients, SEZs, shipping, software, hardware & retail businesses

  • Maintain MIS reports, business numbers & client relationships

  • Travel extensively for client meetings

  • Drive deal closures with strong negotiation skills

Qualification & Skills:

  • Any Graduate (MBA preferred)

  • 3–5 years of experience in TFX/EXIM/Liability Sales

  • Strong communication, market knowledge & go-getter attitude
