Job Summary :

We are hiring Sales Executive candidates for Utkarsh Small Finance Bank across Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, and Karnataka. The role focuses on acquiring CASA & RTD customers, cross-selling banking products, and supporting liability business growth within the branch catchment area.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new Current & Savings Accounts (CASA)
Source FD/RD (RTD products)
Activate accounts, promote UPI usage & cross-sell insurance/products
Participate in branch activities & local marketing events
Conduct micro-marketing for lead generation
Build relationships with customers & internal teams

Qualification & Skills:

Graduate/Post-Graduate (Any stream)
0–2 years experience (Freshers can apply)
Strong sales, communication & networking skills
Basic banking & computer knowledge
