Solar Operation & Maintenance Technician
We are looking for skilled professionals to join our team for Solar O&M (Operation & Maintenance) activities. The candidate should be responsible, technically sound, and capable of handling site work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Regular solar panel cleaning
2. Inspection & correction of wire connections
Nut–bolt tightening and structural checks
3. Earthing testing and continuity verification
4. System strong testing / performance testing
5. Fault finding and on-site troubleshooting
Experience Required- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Solar O&M
Qualification-ITI Holder (Electrician)/ Diploma Holder (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical)
Additional Requirement-Candidate must have their own bike for site visits
Ideal Candidate-Good understanding of field operations
