Salary- for ITI 13300 stipend(8.5 hours )+ 1500 DBT amount + over time 127 per hour (daily 2.5 hours )
For 10th /12th 12500 stipend +1500 DBT amount + 127 per hours daily Over time (2.5 hours )
Total duty timing 11 hours

5 key responsibilities in Manufacturing (short and simple):
1. Production Operations
Operate machines and follow production processes to achieve daily targets.
2. Quality Control
Check materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
3. Equipment Maintenance Support
Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and report any machine issues to supervisors.
4. Safety & Compliance
Follow safety guidelines, wear PPE, and maintain a clean work area.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily production records, report defects, and update supervisors regularly.
