Job Description
1. Identification of Villages / Customers
Field Executive to identify good villages on the basis of customer behaviour, repayment history, village connectivity, population, and political stability.
2. Sourcing
- Identification of good customers in allotted villages to assess the creditworthiness of the customer.
- Assist in group formation by associating 4-5 rural women from the same socio-economic background.
- Completing business processing activities through data entry of customer and household (QDE & DDE) and application form filling.
- Conducting core group training on product features, group responsibilities, and repayment norms.
- Renewal of existing clients for repeat loans.
- Managing the customer life cycle from sourcing, servicing, to renewals.
- Taking referrals from existing clients for further sourcing of new clients with good credit profiles.
- Informing customers about loan importance for income generation, good credit history, and group responsibility.
- Addressing customer grievances.
3. Repayment
- Help in death claim settlement and document updation for insurance.
- Create awareness among customers about credit scores and how timely repayments affect them.
- Plan repayment activities.
- With the help of active and good customers, increase customer base in the market.
4. Financial Literacy Campaigns & other Awareness Activities
Apart from business activities, the Field Executive also needs to perform other activities to build and maintain relationships with customers, including:
- Financial Inclusion Activities.
- Financial Literacy Programs.
- Opening of PMJDY accounts.
