Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat support to resolve customer queries effectively.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and logging interactions.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, sales, operations) to provide quick resolutions.

  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
