🔷 Job Requirements

• Experience in civil construction work.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts as per project needs.

• Must have knowledge of respective trade (Plywood/Mivan/Shuttering/Sariya Binding).

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Key Responsibilities:- 

• Centering Carpenter- Preparing and installing shuttering/centering for beams, columns, slabs, footings, walls, etc.

• Saria Binding (Steel Fixer / Rebar Worker):- Responsible for preparing and fixing steel reinforcement for concrete structures

• Provides assistance to skilled workers and supports general site activities.

• Assisting carpenters, masons, steel fixers, electricians, etc.

• Transporting materials such as cement, sand, stone, steel, and tools

• Mixing concrete or mortar manually or in mixers

• Cleaning the work area and maintaining site hygiene

• Preparing surfaces, stacking materials, and helping with measurements

• Supporting shuttering, bar bending, and scaffolding work
