Job Summary :

  • Need a CNC Machine operator and also should have knowledge of lathe machine in automobile parts industry. Candidate should be ready for overtime as per work load.

Job responsibilities:- 

  • Set up and operate CNC machines according to production requirements.

  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

  • Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to maintain accuracy.

  • Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards.

  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines.

  • Load raw materials and verify correct tooling before machining.

  • Identify and report machine malfunctions or deviations promptly.

  • Maintain production logs and update job records accurately.

  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and workplace guidelines.

  • Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
