We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and MLOps, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced AI/ML models for real-world applications.
• Lead end-to-end AI solution development: data preprocessing, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into business workflows.
• Optimize model performance and scalability using MLOps best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI strategy and roadmap.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and GenAI applications.
• Hands-on with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases.
• Knowledge of ethical AI, model explainability, and data governance.
• Experience in leading AI projects and stakeholder management.

Education:

• Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
