Job - EKart Logistics Courier Delivery 

We are looking for a Delivery Executive to join our team to manage deliveries efficiently.

The role involves transporting items safely while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

The position offers a monthly salary of range ₹20,000/ ₹30,000

Salary  Fix and flexible per parcel base optional available 

Health Insurance : Coverage up to 2 lakh
Accidental Insurance : 5 Lakh
Joining Fees : Zero

Security Deposit : Zero

Working Hrs : Flexible working hrs

(Between 8 am to 8 PM)

Minimum 4 hrs maximum 8 hrs 

Payouts : Weekly - Every Friday Evening.

Additional Incentives : Weekend incentives/ Festival incentives etc

High Earning Per Hour Compared to competition
High Earning Per KM Compared to Swiggy/Zomato/Blinkit/other ecommerce

Payout: it will vary 14 to 18 rs hub to hub

Candidates must ensure accurate and timely pickups and drop-offs, contributing to a seamless delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain records of deliveries and payment received from the customers 

Deliver goods to designated locations within the assigned timeline and verify delivery details to ensure accurate and complete orders.

Assist with receiving and delivering goods shipments from the courier hub by own vehicle bike or scooter is mandatory for this job rule.

Process payments when required and issue receipts to clients.

Follow traffic and transportation laws for safe operations.

Incentives 

Rider will get 700 per day  incentives during training with in 3 days 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 1 years of experience.

Candidates must be an expert in route planning, time management and customer interaction. 

Prior experience in delivery roles will be an added advantage.
