Role Purpose

The role is responsible to drive process improvements that are in line with business requirement, management of new sourcing programs, overseeing credit monitoring audit together with active stakeholder management to achieve organization goals.

Role Accountability

  1. Responsible for documenting existing audits and ensuring implementation of SLA for new audits.
  2. Create audit dashboards and exception reports.
  3. Suggest measures for process improvement & ensuring gap analysis within few months of any new process rollout.
  4. Ensure training and certification of operations and audit team on credit policy and process.
  5. Drive process improvements by identifying gaps and enhancing the current processes in system, i.e current system control etc.
  6. Perform sample reviews of verification and share process / opportunities with the operations team.
  7. Perform review of data received from digital sources (AA / EPFO / MMI), etc. and share policy recommendations.
  8. Ensure data quality of data received from digital sources (AA / EPFO / MMI, etc.) and share observations with respective vendors.
  9. Perform sample review of applications processes with deviation and share recommendations.
  10. Monitor quick mortality cases and share observations with policy team, underwriting teams & sales teams.

Measures of Success

  1. Certification of new joiners on underwriting / De-dupe / Growth Catalyst / Pre-Screening / Audit processes
  2. Quality of insights shared for possible automation of processes.
  3. Management of new sourcing programs as per plans
  4. Credit Monitoring audit as per plan.
  5. Process Adherence as per MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

  1. Basic understanding of market environment and competitor landscape on retail lending
  2. Knowledge of underwriting and operational processes
