Position:  Design & Engineering - Mechanical

Location: Pune, as & when required to visit Vatva, Bangalore factory.

Educational Qualifications    : B.E/ B.Tech Mechanical & Production.

Desired Experience                : 3-5 years is a must in related Manufacturing & Precision Engineering Aerospace Organization.

Desired Technical Subject matter expertise:

·         In-depth design / Basic Engineering / Detailed Engineering knowledge of manufacturing parts & Alternative components etc. Proficient in  any one CAM software (solidCAM/MasterCAM/UniGraphics)

·         Knowledge of different cutting tools, machining Parameters ,machines & parts. 

·         Selection of machines to carry out manufacturing process.

·         Recycle Time Estimation & Reduction time in process of manufacturing.

·         Be well conversant with the latest environmental compliance standards followed by the above industry verticals.

·         Should be conversant with best engineering practices and latest software’s, followed by various engineering consultants in the above domain.

·         Conversant with international codes & standards.

·         Inspection & Test procedure evaluation & implementation.

·         Outsource component/parts from local vendors, which cannot be produce in-house.
