Key Responsibilities:
 Professionally handle customer inquiries and provide timely assistance.
 Offer effective solutions and address customer concerns through multiple communication modes (calls, chat, email, etc.).
 Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
 Adhere to company policies and customer service guidelines to ensure high-quality service.
 Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and service-level targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
 Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory.
 Typing Skills: Strong typing proficiency is essential.
 Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification is 12th pass or a graduate in any discipline.
Work Details:
 Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office)
 Shift Timings: Rotational shifts
 Weekly Off: One rotational day off.
Compensation:
 Salary: Up to ₹15,000
