Position: Apprentice (B.Voc Degree Program – Manufacturing & Production)

Functional Area: Manufacturing / Production / Quality

Educational Qualification:

• 10th, 12th, or ITI Pass (All Trades)

• Enrolled in B.Voc 3-Year Degree Program from Bhopal University

Skill Qualification (Job Role):

• Manufacturing and Production

Job Profile / Work Responsibilities:

• Work in mobile manufacturing and quality checking departments.

• Handle assembly of mobile parts.

• Perform tasks in both standing and sitting positions as per requirement.

Working Hours:

• 8 hours per day

• Overtime: 2 to 4 hours daily (as applicable)

• Overtime Rate: ₹102 per hour

Stipend & Benefits:

• Monthly Stipend (In-Hand): ₹10,701 + ₹750 = ₹11,451 (for 26 days attendance)

• Quarterly Attendance Award: ₹2,000

• Food Facility: Free lunch provided

• Other Benefits: Training under a structured degree apprenticeship model
