Job Title: Field Technician

Department: Operations / Technical Support

Reporting To: Field Supervisor / Service Manager

Job Summary:

The Field Technician will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment or systems at client sites. The role requires regular travel to customer locations to provide technical support, ensure proper functioning of devices, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair equipment or systems at customer sites.

• Diagnose and resolve technical or mechanical issues in a timely manner.

• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment functionality.

• Document service reports, site conditions, and any issues identified.

• Communicate effectively with the operations team and clients regarding service status.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

• Maintain tools, parts, and materials in good condition.

• Provide on-site technical support and customer training when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or relevant field.

• Experience: 0–0.6 years of field service or technician experience (freshers can apply).

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical tools, wiring, and troubleshooting.

• Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving ability, and customer-handling skills.

• Other: Willingness to travel and work on-field regularly.

Working Conditions:

• Field-based role (extensive travel may be required).
