Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting the Store Manager in daily operations, sales performance, customer service, and team management. Ensures smooth store functioning, achievement of sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and staff performance.

• Drive sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling/cross-selling.

• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising, product display, and inventory control norms.

• Handle premium customer interactions, address complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor sales reports, conversion ratios, and suggest strategies to improve store performance.

• Train and motivate sales staff on product knowledge, grooming, and sales techniques.

• Coordinate with inventory, billing, and back-office teams for smooth transactions.

• Maintain compliance with company policies, security procedures, and audit requirements.

• Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions and festive campaigns.

• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and communicate with the Store Manager.
