Responsibilities:
1.Design & Creativity: Create compelling designs to post across various media platforms, ensuring high level of creativity and originality.
2.Brand Entity: Maintain brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency in design elements across all marketing materials.
3.Print and Digital Designs: Develop designs for both print and digital media, including brochures, flyer, posters, social media post, website elements and other marketing collaterals.
4.Adherence to brand and company's guidelines
5.Ensure the accuracy, consistency and quality of design before final delivery- Which includes giving inputs for creative/post content and proof reading before sharing it to HOD.
6.Team Co-ordination:
Co-ordinate with the marketing team for content and to understand the aesthetics
Co-ordinate with our Area Sales Managers to deliver timely offer and festival creatives
7.Follow internal operating standards for efficiency and better productivity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Corel draw
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and design skills
- Portfolio of work
