Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
Duration: 6 Months On Job Training (Opportunity for Full-Time Role Based on Performance)
Location: Mumbai (Chembur - East), Nearest Railway Station – Kurla East
Work Timing: Monday to Friday (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM) Work from Office ( 1st Saturday is Working)
Annual CTC: INR 2 LPA + Performance Pay
About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about building their career in recruitment and talent acquisition. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to understand the recruitment lifecycle, especially frontline hiring for client organizations.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Conduct telephonic assessments per day using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Source candidates through referencing (Generate new reference from existing candidates)
• Evaluate candidates based on basic job criteria and communication skills
• Explain job details and convince candidates to attend interviews
• Update candidate status and comments post-assessment in the ATS
Required Skills:-
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
• Basic understanding of MS Office
• Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility Criteria:-
• Graduate and Postgraduates (Preferably from Management background)
• Prior internship or exposure to recruitment will be an added advantage
• Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection
Future Opportunity:
