Duties and Responsibilities:
 Actively taking care of HR Activities.
 Managing daily Office work (including paper work).
 Coordinating and managing recruitment and selection
 Taking care of the on-boarding and induction for the new hires
 ESIC & PF Enrollment
 Clarifying employees about policies, procedures and processes.
 Attending employees’ grievances and complaints; providing guidance if necessary.
 Providing feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working
environment
