✨ Eligibility Criteria ✅ Qualification: 8th / 10th / 12th / ITI (any trade, pass or fail), Diploma & Degree candidates (arrears allowed) ➡ ️ Exception: For Tiruvottiyur (Chennai) – even 8th pass candidates are eligible (not applicable for Arakkonam)

✅ Age: 18–28 years (preferably below 25)

✅ Gender: Male & Female (minimum weight 47 kg; minimum height 5 ft)

🏭 Job Role & Nature of Work

Candidate will be trained to operate and monitor assembly line machinery to ensure efficient production and quality output, etc

 Training duration: 3 years (1+1+1) based on performance & willingness

 Govt. Certificate awarded upon successful completion

🕐 Shift Pattern  1st Shift: 7 am – 3 pm  2nd Shift: 3 pm – 11 pm  3rd Shift: 11 pm – 7 am

💰 Stipend Details Year Stipend Attendance Bonus (26 days)- ctc

Total* 1st Year ₹17,500 

2nd Year ₹18,000

3rd Year  ₹18,500 

 Canteen: ₹350/-

 Accommodation: ₹650/-

 Transportation: ₹500/-
